1. Program. BUILDAHOMELOAN.COM LLC (“BUILDAHOMELOAN”) operates a recurring marketing text message program. By opting in, you agree to receive marketing text messages including offers, promotions, and follow-up related to our mortgage brokerage services at the mobile number you provide.

2. How to opt in / consent. You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the separate marketing-consent box on our website (https://buildahomeloan.com) or on our intake/application forms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You must be the account holder of the mobile number and at least 18 years old.

3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

5. Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at admin@buildahomeloan.com or 800-585-8170.

6. Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending marketing texts. You can rejoin at any time by opting in again.

7. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
